Refund & Exchange Policy

Changed your mind? No worries! We want you to love your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.

  • After 30 days, all sales are considered final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Condition of Items

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, certificates, instructions, and paperwork.

  • Jewelry that has been engraved, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • For rings ordered in a custom size, the sizing fee is non-refundable.

Refunds

  • All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for purchase.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days once the return has been received and inspected by our Quality Assurance team. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exclusions

  • Final sale items, custom designs, personalized jewelry, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  • All shipped returns must include the packing slip and original documents that came with your order.

  • For your convenience, we provide a pre-paid return shipping label upon request. If you choose to use your own carrier, please ship to the address provided on your packing slip and retain your tracking information.

  • Once received, our Quality Assurance team will inspect your item before processing the refund or exchange.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact our Customer Care team within the 30-day window for assistance. Exchanges are subject to availability.
